Worst car hire experience to date.I received a courtesy car from Enterprise Mallusk after my car was left in for repair.I was given a Hyundai Tuscan.The car i received was literally unroadworthy and in a shocking state of repair. Apparently this car had JUST left the Mechanics garage. (Apparently)Engine Management light on dash (MOT failure)The main driveline was whining so hard I refused to drive the car back to the enterprise Depot.( I suspect a rear wheel bearing or diff issue)Damaged drivers door and boot lid (drivers door wasn?t logged until I noticed it)Wipers wouldn?t clear the windscreen on the way home in heavy rain as the blades were total scrap.Interior trim covering fuses missing.Rear seats absolutely filthy.(Photos attached)I received the car on the Wednesday Afternoon and phoned to report it on Thursday morning.I was promised a replacement car to be delivered on the Friday.I waited about at home all day until 15:00 when I called Enterprise Mallusk to be informed that I won?t be receiving a replacement car as (apparently) the car they where delivering developed a fault.It would have been nice to have been informed of this so I wouldn?t have wasted my time waiting on you Enterprise.Then I was informed I won?t be receiving a replacement car until the Monday due to staffing issues.For loss of use for 4 days of a 7 day hire I?ve been offered 20% off my next hire. ? as long as I don?t leave a bad review as the Assistant Manager has logged my complaint with Enterprise (apparently)Anyway I won?t be using that 20% off voucher. I?d sooner walk than risk hiring another terribly maintained car from Enterprise that unfortunately slipped past their inspection.

We arranged a 4x day car hire, on collection the car was in the red regarding fuel and we were told by a member of staff it should get you to a garage ??? We returned the car and got an email 5 days later stating there was to be a charge of £120 for a slight mark on the tyre and Lees than a cm in size which may have been there when we collected it however I'd advise to anyone hiring from this company to make them put the car on a ramp for you to give it the once over and for you to view the the underside of the tyres as this may be a costly oversight ,we will not be using this company again depending on this outcome.

I don't know how many times these guys are going to harass my father with phone calls. I have told them several times they are calling the wrong number. They are hunting me down for a hidden £54 "insurance" payment. I was told I could drive away with the car with a one off £6 insurance payment, then when I returned the car they told me it was £6 per day...I did not agree to this....the 2nd time I had to hire a car from the branch on Boucher Road, they told me I was not obligated to take out this insurance. Will never deal the newtownabbey office ever again!!!

My three weeks old car broken down the rac setup a car that was paid by RAC ...I will told it would cost me £10.aday...by interprise that I was not aware of....to cover damaged that might happen I was very disappointed and of course ...didn't take the car so it seems nothing in this life is free

Washed and refuelled car to a level higher than it was when I got it. It was returned by a third party who had been repairing my car. Was phoned next day by Enterprise asking how I got on with car and customer service etc, I said I had a good experience and was happy with service was asked to leave a good review when I got an email survey to which I said I would. Get a letter a week later from my Insurance company saying I returned the car without its tyre inflation kit. It has annoyed me that much I feel the need to share this experience and warn others incase they have the same distrubing and distressing experience with this company.Part 2. Added after reply below from Enterprise below, looking rental agreement number and experience, must be incase Enterprise have accused other customers of taking a car inflation kit this week. And not once but twice was I asked to leave good feedback on their customer service by their employee with Welsh accent once in person and other via voicemail ???

Got a courstesy car from them and they left it outside the house for a week after I phoned for them to collect it a week prior. Very unhappy with customer services.

Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.I get a car over my expectations and I had a very good experience with Enterprise Mallusk.Aaron was very professional and brilliant in explaining everything, knew answer to all the questions. Very bad service, Dylan in Mallusk brought us Blue Audi A3 late night Saturday trough Range Rover Insurance. He did not show us the car and we found all the problems when he had already left. We were a good catch because we had never taken a car before from rental companies. The car had lights on the dash and cracked windscreen. Their office was closed so we couldn't report the damage. Brought the car back on Monday to Range Rover dealership and reported all faults. Two months later we recieved damege recovery letter and we must pay £250. If I could get away with no star rating I would!! So stressed over the whole experience!

Needed a car while mine was in for repairs after a non fault accident. The guys in Mallusk hooked me up with a Land Rover Discovery Sport, perfect for my needs as I drive a big Audi A6 and need the room. Dylan came and picked me up from the body shop, so I didn't have to arrange any travel to collect. He was fantastic, sorted everything in minutes and I was on my way. Fast forward to today and my car is ready to collect. Contacted the guys in Mallusk to see how I go about returning the vehicle to them and Kieva sorted me out right away. Brought the car to them and Kieva drove me straight to the body shop. Awesome young lady and great conversation all the way there. No awkward silences sitting next to a stranger. Great team you have there at Mallusk. Should I ever need the rental of a car again, you are my go to guys!

Rented a medium van and got an XL at no extra cost, can't be bad to that at all! Staff were super helpful and the touchless handover went through like a breeze. Would definitely recommend and will be using again myself.
