Vet was very patient with my cat and done great job/now 2023 I have new kitten as last one died in hit n rub. The staff are very helpful and friendly with my new kitten and myself especially with me as when I went into the wee rooms I got claustrophobic and seni fainted outside they were very helpful with me giving me food and running me n my bf home with r kitten couldn't recommend them highly enough amazing staff

Good range of products for dogs in particular and staff were friendly enough. Car park can be very busy but that is outside of Pets at Home?s control as it?s in a retail park. Veterinary practice and groom room also available on site.

Fish are all sick and they have the cheek to demand your personal details to save/buy the only healthy fish there. I'll be reporting this shop to the RSPCA along with the Ballymena shop which also has more dead/sick fish than living ones.

It was just ok,I'd be in no hurry to come back.Tried to get the attention of floor staff,but apparently too busy to acknowledge my "excuse me "when I was trying to find the product I required!

Terrible service. Was hoping to purchase tropical fish however staff member looked at us and continued to stock shelves then walked away. Waited to be served however got fed up waiting and left. Had similar experiences every visit. Have also had fish die within a few days of purchase as well as infecting my tank. Wouldnt recommend.
