“Lorraine seemed to do a brilliant job under difficult conditions. I was in on 08 December and post office was rammed full of customers but she was the only staff member dealing with customers(on the post office side). I cycled through the queue 3 times (due to having to fill in forms and return with different queries [no fault of the staff]) Each time the queue was huge but moved surprisingly quickly as customers were dealt with by Lorraine.Honestly couldn't believe the work load she was under. There was another member of staff behind the post office desk who seemed to be relatively busy doing admin work but all of the customers were left to Lorraine. At the busiest time of year I was really shocked one staff member was left on their own and hope that this was due to some staffing issues on the day and not a regular occurrence. In any case Lorraine deserves to be rewarded and more importantly supported by adequate staffing.”
“Great customer service and I think every package I've ordered has came thanks to royal mail!!! We will be lost without yous!!! ....The work they put in is unnoticed but I know all the work that's put in and they don't get paid enough!! The much work they do to get your letters or packages posted asap fair enough there slow periods but what do you expect? We only human lolI like to give my thanks and appreciation to royal mail ????????Excellent customer service ?????Friendly post women round my way she is great!!! Yous all are great! “Good post office recently updated. New layout leaves just one counter but additional opening hours are a huge bonus. Now open late and on Sundays just press the bell and a member of staff will come outside normal hours. Efficient service and friendly staff.”
