I've been here twice now, and both times the carwash was staffed by one of the most unpleasant people I've ever met. Today he charged me for a wash twice as expensive as the one I wanted, then became extremely unpleasant when I made him refund me. When my car automatically braked during the wash he became very aggressive. Fortunately, I'm not exactly timid myself but I imagine this could be an intimidating experience for many.The carwash is good in itself, but I won't be back.

Awful customer service, rude and aggressive staff member and always tries to up-sell, says car is dirty need to buy a £19 wash (most of which is wax/after treatments so surely irrelevant?), then bangs the brush hard on the window in pre wash when that?s refused. Wash itself is a good enough job but this is the second time had the same problem with terrible service so won?t go back to this branch.

Paid for wash through app 1 minute before getting in line for wash. Attendant walked up and without trying to scan QR code said it was expired. In broken English he said I had to call office because of some issue and they would give me a voucher. Then wanted me to pay again for the wash. Would have been comical other than the complete waste of time. Got a refund from PayPal. Never again.

My wife visited the car wash today in Newtownards and used a voucher to get £2 off a triple foam wash (paid £4 of a £6 wash). The man operating the car wash scanned the voucher and took her £4 and started the car wash. When my wife went through no triple foam came out and on the end screen it showed she had been give a £4 ECO wash and not the triple foam. She went back to speak to the operator who told her you pay £4, you get £4 wash. She asked why did you scan and accept my voucher if you weren't going to give me the wash I asked for and if you were going to do this you should have old me at the start. He said I no talk to you anymore, you talk to IMO, its a big company, I no talk to you anymore. At this point he walk away and refused to talk to my wife.We have put in a complaint with IMO and depending on the response will consider further action.
