Very helpful, all staff are lovely. Called on Monday Morning at 9 and had my car in, fixed and back for 5 o?clock. Very quick and beneficial as I needed my car for work.

This guy assured and promised me to pick up car and get ready for MOT. Had been let down by others. However, when he had not collected the car early afternoon, I phoned. When he answered he said he had the flu and was just about to ring me - how very convenient. Why could he not have advised me in the morning to arrange another service. I rang him after 3 - thank god I did - never trust anyone - dreadful service!!

Left my Porsche Macan with BM Motors...had never used them before. I had a very good experience. Extremely friendly guys, (don't just grunt at you, like some other mechanics). The owner Brian was very helpful and explained issues in depth. I got a clear vibe of integrity and honesty about the business....which is what we all want when we leave our cars in somewhere.
