Had recently visited on couple of occasions to trade in a couple of old phones and then later on an older tablet. I thought that I did well on the cash offering. Might have got more cash elsewhere but would have been a lot less convenient and a lot slower. Staff were fairly knowledgeable and appreciative of the products traded in and their condition

It's local to me service is good size and quality not great but still Is good and has enough games as any other store

I brought back my head phones that weren't working with my phone after spending 50 on them only to get 22 pound back I had only bought them 2 weeks ago and they wouldnt give me a refund

Went in to pick a member of staffs brain about an unsure potential purchase and he redirected me based on his own personal experience with devices and sent me in the right direction with financial information too. Really helpful.

Used to come here a lot but word of warning. They give you the wrong disc for certain games. Some games for boxes displayed on shelves are not available. Labels advertise the wrong games.

Bought an Xbox and controller. Didn't even have the controller a day and it broke and they wouldn't replace or refund it so had to buy a new one.

Think from now on I'll be taking my business elsewhere!!! Bought and apple watch and band as a Christmas present, tried to take back an watch band within my 48 hours as it didn't and the only thing they would offer me was in-store credit instead of money back. Plenty of others stores out there that I'll now use in the future!!!
