Darren is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. RS5 was with 2 other garages previously who 'fixed' the car but left me with recurring issues. I wouldn't look anywhere other than DSM Autos going forward. Lifted the phone to me a couple of times just to give updates. Would highly recommend!

Left my car in with Darren at short notice before my MOT and it needed a few bits and pieces changed around its suspension. Darren made the job a priority and my car sailed through the MOT. All my dealings with Darren have been really positive.

The worst mechanic experience I?ve had. Darren messed me about, ignored me for months and stroked me. I?m thousands down because of him and my car still has multiple issues which I?ve had to have handled by a different mechanic.
