Quite a few occasions now have called to collect a parcel and found it closed! So asked in store and was told they close at 7pm. Just called in last night at 6pm and it was CLOSED! I drive a long way and only in town once or twice a week so this is making it ridiculous to try and get my parcels 😩

says on google open till 9pm and on their own shutters open to 9pm but went at 7.10pm and was closed terrible store needs shut down as there collecting extra money for being an evri service im sure amazon doesnt want to pay for a half arsed service

Had important packages to collect. Checked the opening hours and drove from Donaghadee to get them only to find the shop closed.

Never knew the PROPER name of this shop until now. It has been there since I was a child, 30+ years ago and is a veritable institution! Staff are friendly and helpful, stock is varied and fairly priced ?
