Impromptu visit today with my 11 year old son for new trainers. The male sales person was excellent. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.. he had such a lovely manner. It has always been a major ordeal shoe shopping with my son, but he was put at ease by this man's interpersonal skills. In fact my son said later, "I've found a great place to buy shoes now."

Excellent company to deal with. I had to return an UGG jacket to them as it was slightly to big for my wife, I ordered next size down and it was perfect. When my return appeared to be lost in the post, they went out of their way to help and locate it. When my parcel reached them they rang to inform me. Refund was processed very quickly. Brilliant service, I would not hesitate to purchase from Excel in future .

I rang this company yesterday as needed a garment on next day delivery and I was placing my order at 4pm but their NDD cut off is at 2pm.
