“What a delight to go into a local shop / filling station and receive good friendly service. The owners, manager and staff of this local Spar really do give an excellent service. Their beef sausage rolls are great too! It’s a busy spot and I am sure it’s down to a most important part of any business, the service!”

“With new restrictions in place i thought tesco cafe in Newtownards were fantastic. Quick, chatty, pleasant and food was neat and delicious ? I seen some bad reviews so was worried when we went up in the lift what to expect. But it was brill and kids made to feel welcome. Will be back for another mango smoothie and ulster fry.”
“Could you please thank your security man, i fell leaving your store on Thursday afternoon. My trolley stuck and he told me to pull it back. As i was doing this my foot caught as someone had moved a triangular sign. Your security guard lifted me up with help from a customer and asked if i was ok. I was more embarrassed. Never thanked him. Nothing broken but badly bruised.”
