Just visited the Store in Ards and was served by an absolute gentleman by the name of Johnny. A huge of range of carpets/flooring etc to choose from to suit any budget. Friendly, helpful staff and an altogether pleasant experience. First class service all round ?

To cut along storey short I realised my order of a laminate floor i had just purchased was wrong .Was told i would lose £20% of the value for handling fee even though i just needed an exchange.So i called in to newtownards branch and spoke with Jonny about the mistake that was made at the other branch.Jonny not only got floor exchanged with no handling fee and he also threw in a free home delivery.What a STAR and my HERO .now thats what customer service should be like.Will be going there in future and i will be recommending JONNY and his co worker (forgot his name).Martinphillips Jonnny needs abonus

A month to wait for carpet to be installed so I didn't even look at the carpet. I went elsewhere in the town and was able to get good value and they fitted me in next day.

Can't recommend this company high enough. Bought defective vinyl for my kitchen. They came and relayed it and when that didn't work came and layed a better quality vinyl at no extra cost. First class service.

Had a brilliant experience here, got served by a guy called jonny, really knows his stuff, i came in looking carpet for stairs and landing and 2 of our bedrooms, told jonny roughly what we were after and he pointed us to a few brands that ticked the boxes. We picked our colours, he worked out the measurements and was able to sort us out with an amazing deal (alot less than i had originally anticipated spending) jonny then got straight on the computer and had a date arranged for fitting within minutes... Overall, flawless experience from start to finish. Will definitely be back when my wife decides to decorate another room ?
