Hate to leave a negative review but both times I have gone here to donate items, I have been barely acknowledged by the staff. They hardly even spoke to me, never mind at least a thank you. A charity shop with a musty smell not sure if it's the goods or staff ! No smiles or hello thats for sure a turn off !

Along with a great selection of clothes, books and bric-a-brac, our Oxfam Newtownards shop also sells home furnishings and some small pieces of furniture. We also occasionally receive donations of brand new high-end women’s wear with tags still on, so keep an eye out! Located in the heart of the market town, there is a great buzz especially on Saturdays. Every item donated and purchased helps to big a difference to lives of people trying to break free from poverty and injustice around the world.
