My daughter just spent £300 on School uniforms in this shop. THEY supplied the wrong size skirts. When my daughter contacted them to arrange to exchange to correct size they only had one skirt and will have no further stock until Christmas!! but refused to refund on their mistake issuing, a credit note on their ERROR.... read full comment

I ordered 2 summer dresses 5 weeks ago, not delivered, they said they had to be collected i advised i have broken my foot and can't collect, they asked for £6 to deliver, i asked for a refund they now won't answer my calls or emails, in fact they advised i call shop between 12 and 4 to arrange collection, still no answer,... read full comment
