Had reason to visit the deli this morning there is always a wait at this deli and the staff are as polite as a snail no customer service or smiles I worked in the retailAnd would never treated people like that if you don’t like your work leave pps when I got my food it was cold like the staff won’t be back ?

I have already sent a complaint by email to your head office, but I have not received a reply. My complaint was about a staff member on the deli counter, who has ignored me and had to be reminded by another staff member that there were five people waiting to be served, berated me for not following the arrows correctly... read full comment
