Staff very helpful and very happy with whole experience. Bought a lovely bed that meets all my numerous medical needs and comfort to boost. You get what you pay for. Robin the sales assistant was brilliant. Bonus to find they deliver to southern Ireland. Would shop here again.

Would never buy a bed here again! Ordered in March and only delivered today (10thsept) staff did not care and were not helpful at all with any problems we had. When it was delivered it was not built up for us. When ringing and asking about it they said there was another £60 charge for that service which we were never offered! If your wise stay away from Dreams! Will never be using them again!! ?

Fantastic service today. I live in London and dealt with a fellow Damien who provided all the advice and details needed. Not sure how things work regards sales, but he knew he wasn't going to achieve the sale from us there and then but provided a fantastic service, giving all the advice and opinions on various products. I advise anyone to visit the store if interested in purchasing new items
