Got some beautiful, well cared for plants here recently. Very reasonable prices too. Was just sorry the car was so packed as would have picked up more. The plants look wonderful back at the ranch.

Extremely poor. Was asked if we wanted a receipt with our purchase and advised staff that we didn't require one. Went back to store about 20 minutes later to return one item and requested a refund. Person we had dealt with originally, referred to a colleague who refused refund due to us being unable to provide proof of purchase (ie receipt). Explained that we had not taken receipt earlier and original staff member confirmed that he had dealt with us and that what we were saying was true. Still refused a refund for reasons stated and we had to accept a Homebase gift card. Not my first disappointing encounter in this store!!

its great and the prices are very reasonable. needs prices on some stock as some do not apart from that it is great

One of the longest periods of good weather and, predictably, lots of people buying DIY gear and things for the garden. Only the "service" (irony?) desk "manned" and not one till open. When I eventually got served, there were 9 people/couples behind me. The server was asking over the PA system for so-and-so to come to the check-outs but no-one appeared. Had I been at the back of the lengthening queue, I would have left my would-be purchases and walked out. Doubtlessly they wonder why people increasingly rely on internet shopping - it'd be quicker than a trip to Homebase!
