After closing lurgan branch this one in Portadown is not open on Saturday so leaves it very difficult to withdraw large amount also when went to auto bank would not let withdrawals probably because they didn?t fill machine so making it even harder to get my money had to use other bank machines over three days to get what I needed so not very happy

We found the staff efficient and helpful especially the person who updated our account and issued a new book last week. We thought it might be a complicated transaction since we did not have the previous book (think person we dealt with was called Ashleen or similar name) but she sorted it out in a few minutes and was courteous and efficient once we had proof of identity.She was certainly customer friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Now closed at weekends, not great if you work. Advised to travel to Lisburn or Belfast, which frankly was a disgrace. When I wrote to complain the response was that the business is closed Saturdays because following a review there wasn't a need. Saturday's were always very busy and often involved a wait so Monday to Friday must see customers queuing down the street!
