I called in to see a suit for a wedding and Stephen served us. He was gracious and helpful. He gave advice and was able to suggest a few other options to give us a comparison. Certainly, top shelf customer service how it should be done. The range of clothing, footwear and accessories will definitely guarantee another visit in the future. Remarkable attention to detail from Stephen who advised on alterations and then arranging alternate items coming from another store. At last minute he also fulfilled request for further item and advised on finishing touches. Impressive service at all times. Highly recommend.

Called in to get kitted out for a Gala ball and was attended to by Stephen. He is a true professional and obviously knows his business inside out. I was made to feel welcome from the off and nothing was too much trouble for him. I left feeling happy and stress free with a fabulous new suit and accessories to boot at a very reasonable price. Got a wedding in 4 weeks. Called in today to get suites and booted. Greeted by Stephen. From start to finish. Fantastic experience. Ended up with a cracker suit, the most comfy pair of shoes to go with it. Stephen you are a justified asset to the company. You really helped me out from start to finish. Top marks. First time in the establishment recently to purchase a suit. They offer a wide selection of higher end brands that I did not know. Courteous staff and expertise in helping me pick out a properly fitting jacket; I felt the service I received reflects expertise in tailoring suits to many types of customer. I will return to look at their other repertoire of clothing.
