Probably fine if you're a leechlord.I rented a property through them, it had a problem with damp, mold, and doused plaster, which in the several years I was there remained unsolved.Don't get me started on the two electrical sockets that became a hazard because the damp in the brickwork had saturated to the point of rusting...
