I was highly recommended to Porters Bodyshop to repair my car. I can honestly say from start to finish, it was a 5* experience. The communication, attention to detail, professionalism and state of the art workshop exceeded my high expectations from the very start. Mark, Barry and all the team were extremely helpful and provided me with weekly updates. I would have no hesitation in recommending Porters to any of my customers, friends and family. Took my BMW down for repair, unlike the insurance company that I had to deal with, Porters were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me with as much as they possibly could. Communication was absolutely faultless and the work that was done on the car was also.Whilst I hope that I don't end up in a position that my car needs repaired again, if ever it does i'll be taking it back to the team at Porters.

We brought our Q5 to porters following someone going into the back of us and we are delighted with the results and service as a whole. The repair our car was done perfectly, the friendly customer service from Josh and the reception girls Rachel and Eileen was excellent. We will recommend porters and use them again for any future work.

I've used Porters twice now, firstly for an extensive vehicle repair involving both, mechanical and cosmetic elements and secondly for some panel resprays due to heavy wear and tear. On both jobs, the work was completed properly and thoroughly. The eye for quality in the work that they do, cannot be emphasised enough. It is THE bodyshop to use. Went over to have my car repaired through insurance company Matt took photos of damage told me he would send to insurance company but did not . Then told me they didn?t want to carry out the repair work. Stay away very bad service and very Blunt.
