Extremely disappointed with Tim Martins operations.Having used my annual leave to book a first viewing of a property they where selling and for them to cancel a few hours before attening because they wished to put forward another offer is unprofessional to say the least.Little did they known I was planning to offer significantly over the asking price, costing the vendor a better price for their property.Is this the agent you wish to sell your property ?

5 star plus to Tim Martin Estate Agents! From beginning to end Tim and the two Nicola's were fantastic, nothing was ever a problem to them. The phone was always answered which means a lot these days! They arranged the viewings with such efficiency, Tim was extremely gracious, and found us the perfect buyers of our home. Negotiations with the buyers was completed so quickly and the sale went through with absolutely no problems. The knowledge, efficiency and response time of Tim Martin & Co is very impressive and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

How indicative that this estate agent needs to have two of its staff members add a 5 star review on here because none of their clients feel they can even be bothered to rate them. My friend has experience as a tenant with this estate agent and to say they have been treated as 2nd class citizens is an understatement.Shame on you Pauline Orr & Nicola Martin.1.4.19 - Update. I notice that Nicola Martin has deleted her 5 start review and that Pauline Orr has now updated her review to show that she is an employee. Little note - Feedback is for customers or clients and NOT for employees. If employees were to make a comment on how wonderful it was to work at their place of employment then that would negate the point of genuine feedback.
