I never usually do "CLICK + COLLECT" for the reason i have experienced today...I ordered my groceries to the value of £191.54, my brother in-law was up north on business today so he picked up my groceries.Drove in, four cars in front waiting, young guy left on his own trying to sort everybody, nobody else to be seen, forgot to ask him how long he was actually in the queue but he was quite a while. My slot was 12.30-1.00pm, order still not ready.Eventually my brother in-law got out and helped the young guy to pack my groceries one by one into his suv, no bags, no boxes.I unpacked shopping this evening and what a disaster ?Seven items missing from list, substitute for most of the remainder of my list. This is the very reason why i don't use "CLICK + COLLECT.How can you get a shopping list so wrong!Let's see what the store manager has to say tomorrow ??Frequent Asda customer.

Prices are constantly incorrectly displayed and sometimes you can end up paying double the price for the stores mistake. Like for example you might go to pick up corsodyl mouthwash for £3 as displayed, but when you get to the till it's actually £5.50 because the £3 label below it in small writing was for a different variety.Place is also often understaffed at self checkout, leaving one poor staff member at rush hour racing between machines trying to keep the place afloat. I've seen reviews blaming staff for not being cheerful, but what do people expect? It's Asda Strabane, not the Sound of Music... if you were working two peoples jobs for minimum wage you'd be the same.

One star is too much! The place is filthy and rotten fruit and vegetables are on display. Onions and garlic are spoiled. Not going back!

Verbally abusive staff member.Apparently its now okay for abusive staff to shout at customers ticking them off in harsh tones, without any prior communication. This is complete disrespect, degrading of a fellow adult and human being, and also public humiliation.Shouting like this is considered verbal abuse, and legally a crime. Is this ASDA's standards for their staff now?Today 13/9/23, I visited this asda at around 1:35 pm until 2pm , as I have many times in the past, and upstairs I was browsing the homeware.I was with my mother who was standing beside me and witnessed the entire incident, and I opened a box of plates, which are not taped shut by the way so I was not breaking any seal, to see how deep the bowls were and as I was returning the bowls to the box exactly as how they have been packed I heard shouting and assumed it was staff communicating with other staff. I heard it again and realised what was being said was coming from a 50-60+yr woman with short white hair cut in a pixie style shouting from the other end of the aisle at me?! "YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN THE BOXES!!".I looked over shocked, but didn't respond as i continued to put away the bowls i had carefully taken a peek at one of.I didn't respond because I was genuinely in shock at what had just happened. This was done in front of other staff. It was a degrading and intentionally humiliating act that could have been reasonably handled by :1: placing up a sign stating "Please do not open the boxes"or2: Approaching me and respectfully telling me "unfortunately we cant allow customers to open dinnerware".I am a young woman who simply wanted to see a sample of one of the bowls in the dinnerware set I was purchasing before buying it for my new home. How it was handled, this customer abuse, is completely unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere as this experience has left me feeling completely mistreated as a customer.Staff like this need either completely retrained in customer care or fired for their actions, as they would be in any other establishement.
