Visited in October to have a boot lock fitted to my smart car cost £93 .when I was cleaning my car ,last week ,the support bars were missing (it's a cabriolet) .I rang and spoke to who had fitted the lock to be told they didn't have them the thing is you can't fit the lock without removing the bars from the case in the boot lid,my husband rang the manager who said ,"we don't have to come back "!!!the bars are no good to them ,I just wanted them back as are part of my car so beware andmake sure you have everything before leaving.
