I ordered some parts for cast iron effect gutters for my house. They needed to get the parts shipped over from their Hexham branch. It took nearly 2 weeks for the parts to come. When they finally did, one extra item I had added later to the order was missing despite me having checked 3 times that they had added it to the order.
