Rude, ignorant and lazy. Completely ignore people standing there waiting. I got told my medication was available the day before but was told not to come that day (even though they were open for another hour). Went the next day and apparently the medication was never in stock and I was told no one would have said that to me on the phone!!! And once again was told to come back again the next day, which they said they would order my medication in for. Luckily I called before and what a surprise, they have no stock, likely because they probably didn?t even order it. It?s pure incompetence and rudeness. Shouldn?t be working with vulnerable people at all because they just make things too difficult and wasted my time. Getting my prescription send elsewhere because I can not deal with the lack of customer care from the unfriendly staff here. Ignoring your customers and being rude is just going to lose business and cause you all to lose your jobs, which would be deserved.

A absolute joke of a pharmacy and disgusting customer care. People use this place for a reason and 99% of them order their medication for that reason not to be constantly told it's not in stock. I've recently had 2 heart attacks and everytime I order my meds its guaranteed that theres 1 or 2 items not in stock. Not only does this mean I have to come back (if I'm lucky to get a txt) but they are messing around with my health by not having stock and making me miss meds. Call me old fashioned but I dont fancy having another heart attack due to the incompetence of boots pharmacy bedlington. If anyone from boots read these comments "give ya heed a wobble or just close this branches doors permanently cos they are useless"

The worst pharmacy ever.Prescriptions take 2 weeks to come through, when you ring to question no one ever answers the phone to help. When you do finally get to message that it?s ready you have to queue for ages under the heating system that is set to incinerate.

Totally went downhill since the new manager arrived. I had went here for over 6 years and I have changed. He is one of the most arrogant people you will ever meet and seriously lacks customer service and has zero compassion he is evidently only in it for the money

This is the worst franchise of chemist. They are severely understaffed the unprepared and not organised.I?m trying to contact the chemist to see if they have my childs prescription ready. You can never get an answer on the phone ot ring rngaged or hust ring and rings and nobody picks up. I wasted my time, going to the chemist after waiting 45 minutes. I was told it?s not been done yet . I then asked can I have a prescription and I?ve got a different chemist but apparently I can?t because it was sent over electronically. I then asked for the code on the prescription because I can give that to another chemist.I was told just to check back later to see if it was done. The problem I have is when you try to check back later, nobody answers the phone. It should?ve been put up because I?ve been trying to collect.

Does anyone actually ANSWER the PHONE?This has to be the worst Boots ever!Prescription was issued 3 days ago for my fiance. They didn?t have the medication in.. I?ve been trying ever since to see if they?ve got it in yet? Because of trips up every day to be told they are out of stock and then told they haven?t put it up.It will be so much quicker and easier if they put prescriptions are ready for when people come and collect them.This store is severely understaffed, the staff are slow, therefore you have people waiting around for prescriptions bring done (one kadybsaodnshe had been waiting 45 min)! While there is also a queue waiting to be served. Bearing in mind, the only let three people in at a time. It?s an absolute joke.Severe than waiting in a queue, which means standing outside in the cold as only three in at a time, I?ve been trying to ring for the last three hours. Nobody answers.Disorganised worst chemist around.

Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. Made a booking online for a prescription delivery, but was not given a time slot, or a choice of product, yet was still charged. Spent around 30 minutes trying to call in, eventually someone picked up, said I should have done it over the phone instead ?????. Advised to call back the next day. I write this review having spent much of the last two hours on the phone trying to contact them. At one point I was ringing, hanging up after a while, then ringing again immediately. I had it so the phone was ringing for FIFTEEN MINUTES straight, and they didn?t pick up. Never seen anything like this before, and will never, ever be purchasing anything with Boots again.

Been with this pharmacy since I was a child, staff always helpful, they go above and beyond to get you what you need, everything seems organised and on time. I couldn?t recommend a better pharmacy.

Didn't even have a prescription there but due to loyd's being inundated with scripts and new system being #####. The lady from Boots pharmacy actually rang my doctors and spoke to them about my scripts. And she actually rang me back ten minutes later. What a STAR thanks ever so much.
