Renewed my passport there today and the staff were lovely. I didn?t catch the lady?s name who helped me but nothing was a problem and left thinking it?s rare these days you leave somewhere pleased with the service. Thank you!

Tried to hard sell a delivery service I made quite clear I did not require, basically told me that my item would probably go missing unless I agreed, as a supposed ambassador for the postal service she should perhaps reconsider her employer choice and in future respect the wishes of customers and not attempt to belittle them or ask questions that give an impression of dishonest conduct.

I have been using this PO for a couple of years now, got on great with the staff, Marie, Kirsty and Stewart, unfortunately it is all change and some new staff have been brought in with new agendas. When I state 2nd class postage, I do not want 2nd class signed for, I did not ask for signed for so don't try and sell me a service I do not want. You try and charge me for 1st class but fortunate for me I know what the current charges are and have to correct you, is this a hidden agenda to make more money from those more vulnerable in society, I wonder. 2 of the new members are incredibly rude, very impatient and just not very nice. Also incredibly slow in the service, current situation regarding the pandemic surely means that you need to be as fast as possible, to limit the exposure of customers. It is such a shame that this has happened to this PO, they were so so good, but now they are so so ugly.
