“Took my elderly mam to Dunelm today , she wanted a chair and rug. I asked a young lad who was working in the rug dept. He was lovely , sat us on a settee and did everything for us right there. Ordered the chair and rug she chose to be delivered and took payment right there. I wish I had got his name , he was very courteous and brilliant customer service. Well done young man”
