“This was the first of a number of jobs we have had completed by Paul, Emma and the team at Premier kitchens. As a former construction project manager, I am pretty picky about how work is completed, and was really pleased with the whole process from design through to snagging and completion.The scope of work was:- Full kitchen strip out- Relocation of water supply within new island unit (including chasing the floor).- Design, supply and install of kitchen (including some creative touches, such as the end of the island book display which was made using decorative stair posts, because I am fussy!)- Replacement lighting (from two pendants to spots and four pendants)- Full floor tiling of kitchen (herringbone), hallway, downstairs bathroom.Inevitably with a job this size, there are unexpected problems that you find along the way, but Paul and the team came up with creative solutions every time.Most impressively, and reassuringly, the price we were quoted was the price we paid - there was never a moment of "we didn't know this would happen so now you need to pay us more" or anything like it. When they needed to make adjustments on site, Paul's response was always "If we are going to do it, we will do it properly".We haven't hesitated to recommend Premier, and have used them again twice more since.”
