Staff were awful I was told to use the self serve till which I refused. The member of staff then rolled his eyes and took his time to come to the till to serve me. Another visit it happened again with an senior member of staff who actually said well you'll have to wait I'm packing the shelves. There was no thank you or conversation from the member of staff. As a customer I was left feeling I had inconvenienced them. The staff and management need some training in manners.

Expensive, Very poorly stocked, car park terribly designed & one staff member is awful so rude obviously hates his job or just hates people I don't go very often for this reason, I thought this shop moving to Ellington would be an improvement, sooooo wrong!!!!

Very expensive. It's there if you run out and need something in an emergency. When I was in one member of staff serving and trying to sort out self serve tills. Think I preferred the other store
