I attended the health hut today for ear irrigation to remove wax from both ears , the procedure was explained and carried out professionally and although some discomfort in my right ear due to impacted wax ,it was bearable and lovely to be able to hear again and would recommend this service at a reasonable price than other places are charging

Always great service, I?ve been getting my ears stringed for years at this chemist?.. but last month after getting them done expecting to pay the usual 27£ was hit with 40£ !!! For 10 mins !Felt gutted to be honest because this was a great service, yes you pay for it and better than waiting for an appointment through nhs but ? 40£!Think I?ll just book an appointment through my docs a month before from now on and save 40£ !!

24/11/21Poor customer service by Chris asking customers to wear a mask and there don?t have to when other members of staff were not wearing any his tone of voice to customers is bang out of order his Attitude stinks and arguing with customers in front of customers it?s not very professional when told to go on the back still arguing with Customer very embarrassing for the customer Not impressed and fusion to give customers medication and other staff not doing anything about it not very good customer service

Went in for ear wax removal it was horrendous, nothing said just pushed cone part straight into my ear, tried telling him it was hurting but he carried on regardless. I have had wax removed a few times but never like this.???
