The lovley lady who was acting manger today in the branch helped me so much I was so upset didn't know what todo or who to turn to after my account went into a review stage and this lady did her job and more she was caring and very understanding I hope to never have any issues like I did today again but if I do I'd wish for this manger to help me again.She really doesn't know how much she has helped me today thank you again.

The way they've dealt with my father is disgusting. The 'manager' is extremely rude and arrogant. Given them one star as no stars isn't an option.

With the closure of the Ashington branch, they expect everyone to either transfer their accounts here, or bank on-line. So much for customer service. Apparently, Barclay's and Lloyd's at Ashington have been inundated. So it seems it wasn't such a good plan after all.
