If I could give ZERO stars I would! I purchased a diamond ring from this seller on their ebay store and left an honest review- "For the price, this ring is rubbish. The stones are so ridiculously cloudy with so many inclusions, I took it to my jeweller and they advised I'd been ripped off. Not happy at all!" Which they then somehow had removed! How on earth is anyone able to know what a seller is really like unless those who have purchased can leave an honest review which will remain visible!? Not only that but the seller won't reply to any messages sent, so it goes to show just how little they care! I am not happy at all and I do not recommend this business to anyone!!

I wanted something for my wife's Valentine gift. On a well known auction website I found exactly what I wanted but it was just beyond my budget. A fair offer was accepted and the pendant was in my possession in less than 24 hours. The communication was probably the best that I had experienced on the said auction site. I definitely recommend this retailer.

Purchased a used Charles Rennie Mackintosh 9ct gold bracelet online using "theringman2009" eBay shop. Tried to source one new years ago to match existing earrings and necklace, but Carrick Jewellers (the sponsor/maker) was no longer manufacturing the bracelet. The item was very reasonably priced at "theringman2009". The price was excellent, communication great and delivery fast. Recommend this jewellers very highly
