Shout out to Rachel :) - I went in to see if a costume jewellery chain could be repaired, despite it not being silver. Rachel agreed to take a look and couldn't promise to fix it. When I returned later, she had fixed it! Perfect condition. On settling up, I was told there would be no charge. What fantastic service. I have used this shop before and got a number of items fixed. Its a small business so you get attention to detail.

We have used this jeweller for a few repairs or alterations to platinum, gold, white gold and silver jewellery. They give expert advice and thoroughly check the jewellery before giving their honest opinion on what to do. The end results are beautiful and even very old jewellery is made to look like new again. I would totally recommend anyone taking any jewellery into them for advice, alterations or repairs. Great friendly customer service too.
