Awful staff. Pretty much the worst customer service you'll find anywhere in the north east at this branch in Morpeth. Especially service at the till. Zero patience with customers who keep this business going. Top tip for this business - invest in some customer service training for staff or close the shop. I won't be returning. Awful.

Unlike many stores YTC actually answer their telephones and nothing is an effort when asking staff for their advice and stock check, always really pleasant and obliging, thanks for that ZOE, you are a starIncredible variation of stock always friendly and obliging a massive asset to Morpeth and Alnwick, well done guys and gals.

Bought some self tappers,worst quality I have ever used! Rounded off,heads fell off and others snapped. Needed 16, bought two packs of 25 each,ran out with rubbish quality,esed a brand new pozi head, drilled pilot holes,everything for ease and they totally let me down! I will never buy anymore screws from there, terrible. Usually quality much better on other items.
