We were staying in Seahouses at another establishment. We had The Schooner Inn recommended. What a great recommendation. Seahouses isn't a large town, which is one of its attractions. Actually went here to watch football. The atmosphere was really lovely. Welcoming staff and locals. The drinks were inexpensive and the pub was warm and welcoming. We are staying in another establishment but will definitely be back here for drinks.
The last family owned, traditional pub in Seahouses. Not on the "High street" but very close to the harbour (on the way to Swallow Fish shop). Reasonably priced drinks, sky,TNT sports, live music at weekends, weekly quiz night on Thursdays. Great friendly atmosphere with a good mix of locals and visitors. Dogs welcome. Children allowed in until 8.30 pm.
