Ordered some Christmas cards online the delivery company was appalling but Sam and Bobby at Arnold branch was fabulous and dealt with my order and managed to get me a refund and the communication between me and them was amazing, they kept me updated on what was happening and what they was doing. Great service they are a credit to the company

Excellent choice of cards. A little cramped in there so be patient. Went in with my mother who has aphasia from a stroke (can't really talk) and the lady behind the counter was lovely, nice sense of humour and very friendly, patient and helpful. Thanks.
