If I could give this company 0 stars I would do, it?s the worst company I have ever had to deal with?I advertised for an outside tap to be installed through my job quote John from boilertek said he could do this for my mum tap was installed on the Monday my mum checked the tap and paid the guy later on that evening she tried to use the tap and it didn?t work she then reported this to John that evening and he had said that his son installed it and will be round to rectify it tomorrow (Tuesday) John son came round in the Tuesday and said that the tap is faulty will be round in couple of days to rectify it couple of days past and still needed fixing I then called John he told me another couple more days I then waited 2 more days still no show call or message so I call him again no answer he send a me a message with his son number his son keeps saying this and that day and do t show I then threatened them with reporting both companies and got done 2 weeks down the line son thinks he?s clever by doing tap that tight that you can?t turn it on, dad and son are very rude and both sending abusive messages and I?ll be reporting boiler tek and East Midlands pluming and heating to trading standards and my job quote was terrible how myself and my mum was treated by both companies.

Made an appointment for him to come on a Saturday. He came late. He said he would come to the property on the Monday at 1.00pm No sight of him. My partner called and texted and still no response. Obviously he does not need or want the work. If this is the case, he should have been upfront. Complete waste of time. If i did this in my job I would get a warning.

I arranged a date and time to meet Martin to obtain a quote for some domestic work. I rearranged my work schedule to be available. Martin did not arrive. When I called him he told me that he had forgotten about our appointment. I have subsequent texted him to arrange another date but have received no response. Disappointing and unprofessional.

First visit was on Thursday 17th June 2021 after a walk along the Thames path. Welcoming. Nice staff. Beautiful location.

Did a big job ripping out our decades-old system and replacing with a combi-boiler. Lots of under-floor pipework required. Extremely neat plumbing job, and friendly pair of chaps doing the work.
