Went today to deposit some money. The lady who served me was really polite and so was the manager who served me also. It was nice to experience that when usually my experience in banks isn?t great.

The ladies at this branch are always pleasant and helpful. I went in with a problem with my card, they were so good. It wasn?t simple but between them they solved my problem. Many thanks to you all.

I personally bank with Lloyds, so yesterday we visited to open a bank account for a Ukrainian family who have just arrived in the country under the Homes for Ukraine scheme. We were initially told it would be really straight forward, we just had to fill in the online application and then come back with the applicants passport and visa, and the account would be open within 7 days. When we did this just a few hours later, we were told the ID documents were not what they required, plus they wouldn't accept digital copies, and that we'd either have to wait for further ID from somewhere else (doctors) or submit what we had, which would be rejected, and then we'd have to explain why this is all we have, and the whole process would be about 14 days before the account would be open. Had we been told this at the start, we wouldn't have bothered, instead we went to HSBC today and opened an account within an hour.

How is anybody who works 8am-5pm Monday to Friday supposed to find time to go to the bank if it opens and closes late and is closed on the weekends!? When you go to call the bank your told that the wait time is long and to only call if it's a emergency or if your in a vulnerable situation.This is very disappointing and quite obviously shows Lloyds is another company using covid as an excuse to save money.

20 years use, mostly good. Sometimes long que for one cashier, whilst other staff are 'busy'. Management?Furlough, redundancies, closures etc, are all about Lloyds keeping the share holders profits healthy. And the reduced opening hrs! And, bailed out by tax payer

Better to bank with TSB in Nottingham because customers can phone TSB branches and speak to staff at the branches. (Lloyds &HSBC , we can never speak to anyone at the branches)

I go to my local branch a in Arnold at least once a week.....the staff their are kind and helpful..... been Banking with them for around 25years..... and will continue!

Teaching my son to save money....Emptied money jar and took coins to Lloyd?s who refused to let us deposit more than 10bags into bank account... ?Hmm.... thanks Lloyd?s, great life lesson for my kid??!!Dislike!
