Not being open on weekends means that people who work 5 days a week cannot deposit money or cheque. Why can't you be open on weekends?!

So sad to be giving this branch a two star but unfortunately iv had very few positive visits in the last few years.\\nIv been with NatWest for 34 years and my old branch( which was great) closed down.\\nThis branch gives poor customer service unless they are wanting to sell a product, makes you feel a burden because you don't want to internet bank and despite being busy\\nThey have no rush in them\\nI sense that the staff are not enjoying their jobs , perhaps they are not being looked after? I suspect it's a head office issue.\\nSorry to have to give a bad review.

Fantastic team at this branch. The Manager Jit Koria was able to prevent an attempt at defrauding my elderly father today, for which my father and I are both very grateful. Thank you.

Why is the branch shut on a Saturday when most normal people work in the week and need to do banking on a Saturday.

Susan was absolutely amazing, sorted out my motherâ??s request really quickly and simply. It turned a very stressful situation around very quickly ( closure of a deceased persons account). I just wish that it was possible to make an appointment. The branch desperately needs more staff but that didnâ??t affect Susanâ??s ability and willingness to deal with our needs. Well done Susan keep up the good work.

Arrived at the bank and stood in a long queue. I then had my name taken and was told to wait (in total I had to wait 40 minutes) even though other customers who came into the bank after me were served first. I know life isn't fair, but it isn't fair to serve from the back of the queue to the front!!

Agree with comments that asked from back of queue to front what they were there for, so customers coming in later were served first. Also, not very clear where to go to when looking to speak with a banker. However, staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help.

Helpful staff placed under too much pressure by management thoughts that things can be done on line. They all cannot and you need helpful hard-working front-liners like the ones I encountered yesterday.

Very non professional staff and worst bank , customers suffer with credit score which made by Natwest staff and they still not correcting it after 2 years. Just avoid such rude and profound bank people

I personally find this branch of Nat West very irritating. ..mainly because every time you walk in you are immediately approached by a member of staff who then tries to get you to use the machines, well I don't want to use the rotten machines i just want to be left alone join the queue and be served at the counter, is that too much to ask these days? Plus I suspect that it's only a matter of time before its a machine only branch or it closes altogether. ..in which case I will switch banks ,,a profit before people bank !!
