It's my local Post Office and the service is always good and friendly. It's a good thing for the community, having a gift shop as well as help with other services.

Workers are so rude. Do not offer any help when you need to mail a parcel. I severely struggle with reading and processing so asked for a bit of help and received rude reply’s

I have the best reception from Mark today, on New year's eve, of my 29 years in Nottingham. He was so courteous, friendly and polite. He checked and corrected the address in my parcel.
