Your staff member Nicola (customer relations) helped save our Christmas both by phoning me when you restocked with Cremant dAlsace and then - as I had contracted Covid, - arranging for me to collect 6 bottles at the door without having to spend time in the store. Her kindness means we have the fizz we wanted for our Christmas Dinner. Excellent service.

Typical Sainsbury store. Lots of parking. All types of tills - manned tills, self checkout and scan as you go. Most items required for a weekly shop are stocked. My only winge is that they keep rearranging the store so you can't find the right Isle easily.

Very large store, which is a bit overwhelming when you don't know your way round, but the staff were friendly and helpful. It has everything, including a large clothing section and a pharmacy. There's also fuel available in the grounds. Definitely a one-stop shopping experience.

Popped in to get fuel. Nothing else. The problem is that the kiosk does food, and the stupid woman in front was buying it for her and her kids. As a result, her damned car was blocking egress once I had filled up and paid, and it was otherwise busy with other cars filling up. There surely should be some rule about parking next to a fuel pump, then going off somewhere to shop for your brood. What was Sainsbury's thinking putting a bloody Greggs in a compact filling station?People can be absolute imbeciles sometimes, and having to share this planet with them can be very tiresome. Not a place I would immediately recommend, because it's hit and miss as to whether you can get in or get out due to people not actually buying fuel being there.

IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS ? I WOULD. ALL THE TOILETS ARE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL. IT SMELLS LIKE THEY ARE ALL CLEANED IN URINE. NO DISINFECTANT, JUST A VERY STRONG SMELL OF PI@$.TO MAKE IT WORSE IT'S RIGHT NEXT TO A STARBUCKS CAFE P.S. STAFF IN STARBUCKS:- WOULD YOU LIKE A SIDE ORDER OF URINE WITH YOUR COFFEE MADAM??

Visited on a very busy Sunday morning, with only a couple of cashiers on the tills. Although I'm happy to use self-service, I heard several customers complaining that they didn't want to use the self service & the queue to be served by a human was long.Self service is perfect when you want to nip in to buy a few things, but expecting people to do their full weekly shop on a self serve till it a bit mean. Also disappointed that the cafe is now a Starbucks...... we headed for the café, saw the prices, then turned around and went to McDonalds instead.
