Totally disgusted how myself , my mother and the little of lady who forgot her pin in front of us was treated She got herself into a flap and the staff member was so rude , huffed and puffed and didn?t support her. You don?t deserve a job of you are going to treat people like that .

I have a delivery saver with Tesco as I can?t go shopping on my own with a disability, I ordered my shopping for a Thursday in stead of normal Friday because I had no food left in the house , on the Thursday about midday Tesco took the money out of my account £111 then about an hour later I got an email saying the delivery had been cancelled due to a technical error I would receive my money back in 3-5 working days . That was the last of my money for the weekly shop so I was in a panic what to do I rang customer service and explained that I need the money back as I have no more and no dinner or anything for me and my children for pac lunch the following day . The man tried is best and offered me a £20 good will voucher I said can I use it I store as I need it to get dinner for tonight and for lunches tommorow so can?t wait to do another online delivery and also don?t have any money to get a weekly shop what I first ordered . He said yes if I explained what happened in store they would let me use the voucher . I went to Tesco chose carefully to spend the £20 then they refused to take it at the till because they had sent me an online voucher I explained the whole situation but they still refused to let me do anything with this voucher , I was so embarrassed explaining I have no money for it I started crying out of embarrassment and didn?t know what to do ,in the end I had to ring my brother and wait for him to come down from work to pay for my shopping . I rang customer service when I got back and explained how embarrassing that was for me and he just said sorry the previous person had sent me an online voucher instead of in store one and they can swap it now if I wanted , they didn?t understand what I had just been through the service was terrible and caused me so much stress I understand things go wrong but that should be handled better ,understanding that people live week to week and dont have a bottomless bank account or numerous credit cards to double up shopping .

It was way too crowded today. I was honestly quite scared with the number of people. The traffic light system they have is only ever on green, it's never red and no one is stopping people from going in. Honestly, even by non-pandemic standards, it was too crowded. Serious, get a PERSON on the doors!

Staff always helpful, good sized vegan sections, usually has everything we need. Scan as you shop facilities are hidden away behind sale items so aren?t immediately obvious to non-regular shoppers.

Today I was asked for ID while buying non-alcohol cider. Quite bizarre, we do weekly shopping from this store for 6 years, often from same cashier as today.\\nNevertheless while buying 0% cider ID was asked. I had driving license, but my wife had just picture of hers. And we were refused to buy it.\\nI understand necessity of strict restrictions of not selling alcohol to children, but:\\n1. Non-alcoholic drink\\n2. For 30-years old\\n3. While one ID was presented.\\n\\nJust ridiculous

good products and good its open till midnight only grip is when i go about 8 30pm they close all tills and selfserve only not good when you have a trolly full of shopping and a big que need to open a few tills.

A convenient store with a good selection \\u0026 variety of products. The staff are very helpful, friendly \\u0026 approachable. The management \\u0026 compliance with Covid regulations is good and there are lots of hand gel stations and basket sprays.

Plenty of parking (during weekdays), scan and go and self serve. Fresh meat and good selection of fruit and veg. Note the madness that is the people waiting for the reduced products ? they should put them in a rugby team.

I was shopping there on Friday 5th, early evening, although most of the quidelines were being observed, the queue for the checkout was a shambles. The queue along the wine and spirit aisle is not working because while waiting, other customers still shopping were walking up and down the aisle browsing the wine and spirits and very often reaching over customers to reach the bottles.I suggest moving all the wines and spirits to the deli area, which at the moment is not being used. I was surprised that no one spoke out when shoppers were reaching over them. (I was ready for anyone who dared reach over me!!!)

I just move to this area I have been in so many Tesco but never been with a bad customer service like this one . No one smile they all with grumpy face they talk to the customers really bad with bad attitude especially the older people that work there. I come to spend my money not to get nothing free I think itâ??s just my profile as Foreign . Please mr Tesco give some training to your staff at this branch. Thanks
