“My husband was trying to find a particular medicine which he has been taking for many years but had been told that our local dispensary could not obtain it. I telephoned several other pharmacies in the area but only Toni at Well Pharmacy, Eastwood offered any real help at all. She was wonderful! She immediately phoned her supplier, and rang me back within a few minutes, to say that she could have it in stock for the next day. She also phoned to say that it had arrived at the pharmacy so that we wouldn't have a wasted journey. She was friendly, efficient and treated us with care and professionalism.
