I went in this dinner time to buy an iceberg lettuce, but the assistant let a gentleman buy all 7 of them ,it's about time Tesco Express told their customers that they can't buy more than 2 ,it's not fair for other customers

The lady working behind the tills at 8:05 this morning was incredibly rude! I nearly said something to her about it, but I decided I would be more productive and post it on here instead (08.07.22).

Excellent shop, mostly everything you need. Opening hours are really good. The only downside is that the prices can be a bit on the high side.

Well done for protecting your staff and customers. And I was told it was off your managers own bat and not company policy.

As a pregnant woman I find it discusting that 9 times out of 10 to get through the front door, I have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke because the STAFF think that puffing away inches from the front door is the best spot.

As an elderly disabled customer, who uses an assistance dog, I was horrified to be told by a blonde, female member of staff that I had to carry my dog in store. When I explained the dogs role I was told I still had to carry my assistance dog in case it peed.
I was horrified, not just for myself, but potentially having blind people having to carry around their guide dogs too. After all, we are all covered by the same Disability Discrimination Act 1995. And the 2005 as amended Act. Further, the equalities Act 2010. Someone in management has to explain and train the staff to understand the very simple inclusive laws, this member of staff and of course the company have broken.
This level of discrimination has no place in a modern inclusive society, and I condemn the lack of education and ignorance employed in store and company. With all the choice we have locally for supermarkets, I will never shop at Tesco again, especially as Morrisons always treat me and my dog as very welcome customers.
