Love the food, love the coffee, being in retail myself I know everyone is over worked and under staffed. BUT...a smile and a nice attitude costs nothing and the first person you would would expect it from is the manageress. 5.30pm Saturday , no one else waiting to be served, ordered 2 large hot chocolates with cream and marshmallows. The very pleasant assistant unfortunately hadn't mixed enough hot chocolate so had to mix more to top up the drinks, she went to get the cream from the fridge and the container was empty so had to mix some more.... read full comment

Very busy store but sadly understaffed and this is obvious when watching the staff on duty trying to serve, clean, prepare drinks and food and you can see the stress on their faces. This is not the first time visiting this store and what surprises me is the fast staff turnover here. No wonder if their working environment... read full comment
