Visited SCS on Saturday 2nd March what a lovely team of people,they were friendly and happy to help.They were not pushy and they didn't follow you around it nice to browse and not feel hounded!!

Visited the store at the weekend, had endless staff coming up to us,as you expect,told them we're looking for something particular which they didn't have,leaving the store I had a gobby and obese salesman "telling me to cheer up" etc,not observing I had pain etched on my face due to hurting my back earlier,maybe staff might need to read the customer better instead of trying to "sound funny" infront of their colleagues, I would of loved to of spoke to him away from other people. Just had a reply from SCS, they might speak to the store, like they've just stated, but no way do I think the store will take it seriously, they want to make money not be polite.

Absolutely awful, sofas broke in under a year, guy who came to fix them said he had never seen such awful work. No padding on the arms, can feel to wood. Very poor work, staff couldn?t care less. Definitely don?t buy from this Micky mouse company. They then give you an email to discuss the issues with the poor quality of the sofas, to which SCS don?t respond for over 3 months. Save yourself the money and go to a company that actually build the products correctly and not to the awful quality that this company does.

Salesman nice but pushy and a very long time to wait for delivery12 weeksStarted at £1250 good price on sale Ended up £1650 this was more than i really wanted to spend but was told needed them

We were left to look around after being acknowledged on entering the shop, We didn't get harassed by staff but they were visible and gave good advice when we raised questions. We placed an order and received excellent customer service from Andrew.

Shocking service at the store as they wanted a sale, after which sofa was delivered and was not completed for nearly 1year, had to go to the furniture ombudsman just to get anything sorted in regards to a unfinished sofa. But this has now been sorted

Very poor quality. We brought a sofa from here with firm foam. The foam has given and we are having to have new foam in it. When we spoke to SCS they said this happens. What a load of rubbish.Don?t buy from here

Upon entering the shop, we were greeted by a lady asking if we?re okay and if we?re sofa shopping today. After walking probably 5 metres into the shop I hear her male colleague, bald man with a beard make a comment to them stating ?they have no idea do they?. At this moment I realised that is not the place I want to shop or spend my money. You?d think as a fully grown man you?d know better than to make little comments about customers because they?re not your typical middle aged couple coming in for a new sofa. Thanks for the GREAT experience
