I was very happy with the product and the delivery time, but I have to say that Gerrard was an excellent sales person! You could chat with him generally, not pushy on the sale and very accommodating. He is an true asset to Sofology.

Just a note- most of the reviews here are from those visiting the store. People who have purchased sofas have had an awful experience.Around August, I purchased a sofa and paid a deposit, with an expected delivery date of 3rd October. This sofa was never delivered. I received emails and notifications saying my sofa was at the warehouse and to call to book delivery. After months of chasing and being told to wait for a delivery that day - often not being able to reach anyone at Sofology, they finally admitted that my sofa has been lost. Mistakes happen, so i didn?t mind the sofa being lost as much as being lied to by the company for a month- at several points I was told my sofa was at the warehouse.I was offered a discount on ordering another sofa, which I accepted, transferring my old deposit over.However on the the 6 January, I was told that Sofology were revoking the compensation as the offer had been made in error, despite several emails and calls about it. I was asked to pay several thousand pounds more or not receive a sofa. I was told I could not cancel my order, and would have to pay it and then raise a dispute, but would probably loose my deposit either way.I still have no sofa now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service experience of my life so far.

Jerard was really helpful he should be promoted to the manager position because his customer service skills are 10/10 we purchased our sofa?s with the help of jerard, delivery time is 3 weeks so not too long. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family again. (Rosy)

Absolutely terrible, avoid!!!!We ordered our sofa 54 WEEKS ago after it being delayed and re ordered 3 times we have finally managed to secure a delivery date for tomorrow, we?ve had our 4 hour time slot. Our current sofa went today to make space for the new ones and we have just received a phone call at 5pm (the day before delivery) to say we will not be getting them tomorrow as our finance agreement has ran out as it?s been over a year, this is completely sofologys fault. We are a family of 5 and have 0 furniture. So disappointing.AVOID SOFOLOGY at all cost.

Extremely Disappointed - Received Sofa in the Wrong Color!I regret to say that my recent experience with Sofology has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a sofa with high hopes, only to be delivered a completely different color, turning my living room into an eyesore.My wife and I visited the Sofology store in person and specifically ordered two sofas in the same Dexter Ivy green color. We even double-checked the measurements to ensure everything was accurate. However, after a painstaking wait of over three months, we were delivered sofas in mismatched colors.It is evident that the staff at the store made a grave mistake while processing the order. One of the sofas arrived in the wrong Dexter Mineral green color, which was not what we chose or expected. This blunder has left me feeling utterly frustrated and upset.The lack of attention to detail and quality control is appalling. For a company that prides itself on providing premium furniture and top-notch customer service, this experience has been a complete letdown.To make matters worse, my attempts to contact Sofology's customer support have been met with silence. Despite sending multiple emails, I haven't received any update or resolution regarding this issue. The lack of response is highly unprofessional and speaks volumes about the company's disregard for its customers.I had high expectations for Sofology, but this ordeal has shattered my confidence in their ability to fulfill even the simplest of orders correctly. I trusted them to deliver a beautiful, cohesive look for my living room, but all I got was an eyesore that I'm now stuck with.I urge potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from Sofology. If you value accuracy, quality, and responsive customer service, you'll be sorely disappointed with what this company has to offer.I now have to live with this furniture that clashes horribly, and there seems to be no end in sight to this ordeal. I sincerely hope that no one else has to go through such a frustrating experience.Stay away from Sofology!

After sales service not good, have used DFS in previous years.......should have gone back there. Very disappointed with new sofa, not wearing as well even after 5 month.
