I really like this company as online shopping is so easy with them.The bedroom furniture, pots and mirror I ordered were all delivered on time and are absolutely beautiful, good quality and lovely to look at. Customer service agents and delivery drivers are incredibly helpful too.On the odd occasions when I've returned items (collected free by them, unlike so many other firms) refunds have been issued within a couple of days.5* recommended

I bought beautiful chest of drawers set for my bedroom.Fast delivery and very good quality.Though some instructions stickers were put a wrong way which confused us abit during the assembly,but the final result was really good and overall we are very happy with our new chests of drawers.

They have a range of beautiful large mirrors & they had exactly what I had been looking for. The mirror is sturdier than expected & finishes off the room great. Delivery was a bit of a wait though but they did send frequent updates on this.

Delivery of the side tables arrived very quickly. I?m not a DIY expert, but I built this on my own while being climbed on by a baby - very good instructions. I?d definitely buy from here again.

I ordered a cabinet for my kitchen from Melody Maison. It took months to arrive, and when I emailed I was told I either had to wait, or get a refund. When it arrived, very late, I had to wait for a handyman to put it up and thus didn't open it. To my surprise it arrived with two of the very flimsy hooks snapped off. The company refused to send me new hooks. The only positive is it came fully built. In comparison, I had a minor issue with an item from the Cotswold Company, who also send fully assembled furniture, and they rectified it straight away. You get what you pay for. Go somewhere else for your goods.

A few months ago I purchased two wall units for my kitchen. Even though these look really good upon my wall. They are made of cheap MDF and basically should have been a bit cheaper

As per other 1* reviews do not engage and purchase products from this company. I note other reviewers have said they will lie and say they tried to pick up the item. They have then asked me to send money over the phone for another return. Never even attempted a phone call on the day of the return and no time slot provided.
