My favourite Gym in Nottingham. Excellent equiptment, great staff. Down to earth people. No nonsense. No posers either everyones just interested in serious workouts which I love. Ultimate PT is also great. Love the App and programmes provided monthly.

I`ve not been well,since the separation from my wife,back in 2013.i`ve spent the last 7+ years as a recluse.Only venturing out at night to go food shopping.Due to my poor mental health,i have found it very difficult to mix with people.After a recommendation from my doctor to push myself,get physically active,which,in turn may health with my mental health.I went to have a look.First impressions.Friendly atmosphere.I was shown,all of the equipment,how the equipment works,and introduced to many of the friendly staff.Anyway,long story short,i`m joining them next week.I will give it a go.

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Equipment is great and the whole place is clean and well maintained.

Dates equipment, machines are very worn and don't feel safe to use, gets very crowded and music is so loud it becomes overbearing, won't be visiting again
