Always used the chemist if I needed a prescription as it?s next to the surgery, and the staff have always been pleasant and helpful but haven?t used in a few years as I haven?t needed a prescription but went a few days ago and the staff have changed and are definitely not helpful or that pleasant. The only reason I?d give them 2 stars is for the convenience of the location.

I?ve used Peak Pharmacy for around 13/14 years, and have always found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Thank you to all, you do a great job, and usually under a great deal of pressure.

I'm really surprised to see that this pharmacy has less than 4stars at least ! Staff are always so helpful, nothing is too much of an ask and if it's possible they 'will' .Thankyou all at huthwaite pharmacy for always answering my calls and my crazy medical questions even when you are super busy !It's much appreciated from the Lynks ??

Up until recently, I have been very satisfied. Today I went in and part of prescription was missing again. I understand the staff are in stressful position but the tone of a member of staff was disrespectful. So I know have to ring again for missing medication.

Absolutely brilliant, don't know how I would have got through these last few months without the support of all the staff. Nothing has been too much to ask and I am forever grateful for every little thing they have helped me with. Was in the notts area visiting some friends last week and got a troublesome rash on my forearm outta nowhere. The pharmacist and the staff were more than helpful, the cream recommended worked and the tablets suggested took off the itch massively. Great service and so quick ??

I have been with Brierly Park for over sixty years and they have been brilliant would highly recommend them the staff are really helpful and polite nothing is to much trouble.

Awful service put in prescription for diabetic medication third time now had no insulin absolutely shocking we need this to keep us fit and well just awful, people need sacking, no help from members of staff

Brilliant if you have 1/2 nonurgent items. If you have a monthly prescription that has 12 items and they are needed to live then don't look here. They could not get the order right after 7 months of the same order same time every month. And eace perscription was 2 weeks overdue with the urgent meds not being offered meanwhile because "chill out and make them last".

Would have gave no stars but no option. Staff at Brierley forest were no help at all. I followed their instructions to get my prescription when I turned up at pharmacy I was told their was no one in to give me my tablets and would have to come back. I explained I can't get back thay just gave me a cold shoulder and said its law thay can't give them with out a pharmacist. I had rang up and asked if it was ready thay said yes just come n collect it. Thay gave me a number to head office which gave me 5 options all which rang then cut me off. So I now have no medication and no help. If I was you I would use another pharmacy.
